- For dual military couples, one member may be in civilian ball attire (i.e. black tie or evening gown).
- Head gear (combination cap) is not required for the event. ※No Covers※
- After the official program closing, civilian Ball attire is authorized for all military members (i.e. tuxedos. dark suit jackets, elegant pantsuits, and mid to floor-length gown).
-Retired military personnel are entitle to wear the uniform of his/her rank or rating.
